MWM Wine School is fully focusing on fizz – discover how sparkling wine is made, taste the most popular styles and varieties, learn how to judge quality, figure out which bubbles are your perfect match, and get expert tips on pairing bubbles with food.
You’ll leave “sparkling savvy” and armed with the know-how to pick the perfect toast for every occasion. After all, nothing screams celebration like the “pop” of a bottle of bubbles!

A Hong Kong resident for nearly 30 years, Master of Wine Debra Meiburg is an award-winning author, TV personality and international speaker, and is widely considered the global authority on the Asian wine market. She is founding director of Meiburg Wine Media, Asia’s leading wine marketing agency, as well as wine consultant for Cathay Pacific Airways and Cathay Dragon, and holds the position of Chair of the Education Committee for the Institute of Masters of Wine.
