Bollinger Champagne Dinner

On Thursday 1 March, Le Bistro WInebeast is delighted to host Champagne Bollinger. Mr Stanislas Bizot from the Bollinger family (son of Etienne Bizot, current Chairman of Société Jacques Bollinger and great nephew of Lilly Bollinger) will be there to introduce their family-owned Champagne over a 4-course dinner at HK$698 + 10% service charge.
