Indulge in an exclusive wine pairing dinner (HKD550 + 10%) with Germany’s 69th Wine Queen, Katharina Staab, on 13th June Wednesday. Katharina will share her wine knowledge & introduce hand-picked German wines over a 4-course dinner.
The evening will begin at 7:00pm with Canapés at the outdoor terrace overlooking the Victoria harbour and dinner will begin at 7:30pm.
The 4-Course Dinner Menu featuring Thai & Indian delicacies and four elegant German Wines such as Riesling and Pinot Noir from Philipp Kuhn, one of Germany’s most acclaimed winery.

About Wine Queen:
Germany’s 69th Wine Queen, Katharina, 27-year-old wine expert, come from Oberhausen, Nahe. She was raised on her family’s winery, lived in Canada as an Au-Pair, studied business in the Great Wine Capital of Mainz and wrote her Master’s degree in Lissabon. Katharina accomplished internships in Prague and London. When she was spending time in foreign countries that she found out how much she enjoys to work as an wine ambassador for her country of origin.
